Become a Team Spirit Coach

Responsible for conducting practices and workouts for cheerleaders; responsible for maintaining a safe environment for practices. Set-up and clean-up practice area.
Works under the supervision of a Senior Coach or Head Coach. Expected to lead practice sessions in small groups, large groups and as directed. Work schedule includes after-school hours- School dismissal to 5pm.

Job Type: Stipend/Contract

Head Coach: ($25 per hour)
Must be at least 21 years of age

Assistant Coach ($15 per hour)
Must be at least 16 years of age

Volunteer Coaches
Must be at least 13 years old

Due to the nature of this position, tardy arrival/early dismissal may lead to a termination of this contract. Termination of this contract will result in forfeit of stipend pay.

Requirements::

Experience in cheerleading.
CPR/AED Certified-Head Coaches
Ability to Pass a Maryland State and National Background Check and Fingerprint-for those 18 and older.
Experience working with kids.
NAYS Certification of Bully Prevention, Concussion Safety and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training- Free of charge.
