Become a Team Spirit Coach
Responsible for conducting practices and workouts for cheerleaders; responsible for maintaining a safe environment for practices. Set-up and clean-up practice area.
Works under the supervision of a Senior Coach or Head Coach. Expected to lead practice sessions in small groups, large groups and as directed. Work schedule includes after-school hours- School dismissal to 5pm.
Job Type: Stipend/Contract
Head Coach: ($25 per hour)
8 practices (2 hours each): 16 hours
3 Choreography Sessions: 3 hours
Certification Training: 1 hour
Assistant Coach ($15 per hour)
8 practices (1.5 hours each): 12 hours
3 Choreography Sessions: 3 hours
Certification Training: 1 hour
Due to the nature of this position, tardy arrival/early dismissal may lead to a termination of this contract. Termination of this contract will result in forfeit of stipend pay.

Requirements::
- Experience cheerleading at a high school level.
- CPR/AED Certified-Head Coaches
- Ability to Pass a Maryland State and National Background Check and Fingerprint-for those 18 and older.
- Experience working with kids.
- NAYS Certification of Bully Prevention, Concussion Safety and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training- Free of charge.
