Elisia Le "Coach E"Founder and Executive Director of TeamSpirit, LLCElisia Le is an animated and enthusiastic coach with a passion for cheerleading. She started her coaching career right here in Montgomery County in 2008. She has coached for various schools including: Shady Grove Middle School, Wheaton High School, Magruder High School and even Montgomery College. Her "cheer story" began in 2004, at Magruder High School. Her love for the sport grew from there and carried her through many more teams: Go BarryU Bucs and Montgomery Knights! Though she enjoyed the thrill of performing and being part of a team, her true passion lies in coaching. It is no wonder she began TeamSpirit in 2011. Her ability to instill discipline while having fun, encourage confidence and teach technique with patience; has led to her success as a coach and the growth of TeamSpirit. Coach E looks forward to meeting and encouraging many more cheerleaders through TeamSpirit!When not coaching, Elisia enjoys going on hikes, skiing, cooking and planning for her next adventure with her husband and kids. |
